I prioritize creating a safe, inclusive, and honest space in our sessions so you can bravely explore your emotions, challenges, and aspirations in order to reach your mental health goals.
It is a priority for me to offer a safe and brave space to folks of many different backgrounds. I have had the immense privilege of working with clients who identify with different cultures, diaspora groups, and identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella. I humbly accept we cannot be experts in everyone’s lived experience, so when my knowledge of lived experience is limited, I welcome the opportunity to learn collaboratively with my clients.
